The cad-e unit is an integral part of the dtm group. It attends projects from the basic concept to the final result. The scope of activities ranges from 3D drafts of data center infrastructures through bills of quantities and execution planning to the final documentation of the structured cabling infrastructure.
The cad-e unit provides support with precise 3D CAD models in the early project phase and relates the IT equipment to the structural environment. It is in a constant dialog between project planning and execution and develops IT concepts (it infrastructure strategy) and designs to detailed project working plans used for installation. At the end of the project, the cad-e unit delivers the plans for the final documentation.
