STANDARDS
With a view to workmanlike and proper planning, installation and operation of a network, standards provide a basis for ensuring trouble-free and reliable transmission among applications now and in the future. It is therefore an indispensable requirement to know and apply the contents of the relevant standards.
This is particularly true for the series of standards comprising DIN EN 50173-1 to -5, DIN EN 50174-1 to -3, DIN EN 50310 and DIN EN 50346. These standards are directly interrelated and have to be considered collectively for proper installation of a network.
